Liability Disclaimer & Terms of Service By booking an appointment with Lashes By Daia, you agree to the following terms: 1. Health and Safety: You confirm that you have disclosed any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your lash extension service. It is your responsibility to inform the lash artist of any health concerns before the appointment. 2. Personal Responsibility: You understand that while every effort is made to provide safe, high-quality services, there are inherent risks with lash extensions, including but not limited to irritation, infection, or damage to natural lashes. By proceeding with the service, you assume full responsibility for any adverse reactions or outcomes. 3. Refunds and Satisfaction: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with each appointment. If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address any concerns. We do not offer refunds on services rendered, but we will work with you to make adjustments as needed. 4. Cancellation Policy: As noted in our cancellation policy, cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee. 5. Photography and Social Media: You agree that photos taken during your appointment may be used for promotional purposes, including social media and advertising. If you prefer not to have your photo used, please inform your lash artist prior to the appointment. By booking your appointment, you agree to the above terms and release Lashes By Daia and its employees from any liability or claims for injury or loss.
